IAM CU Members

The only requirement for membership with the IAM Credit Union is that you be a member of an International Association of Mechanics Union or an immediate family member of a current IAM Credit Union member. Applications may be obtained from your union steward, faxed, mailed, or picked up from the IAM Credit Union, or printed from this website. After filling out the application, return it to the IAM Credit Union by fax, mail or in person. You should receive by mail a new member’s packet that welcomes you to the IAM Credit Union and lists reminder information on your credit union account.

Deposits can be a minimum of $5.00 per periodic deduction. There is a minimum of $50.00 required to keep your account open. Any funds over $50.00 will be available for withdrawal. Your payroll deductions should start within 1-2 weeks of applying for membership.

Accounts with the IAM Credit Union are insured through American Share Insurance up to $250,000.00 per member account. Click here for information on the IAM Credit Union’s share insurance.  link to “shareinsurance.pdf”
